Foundational Concepts was built for associations and property owners who wanted more responsive, hands-on management. Rial Stedman and Chase Neugebauer bring decades of combined experience managing commercial properties, maintenance, and vendors in Fargo–West Fargo.
We’re based in Fargo without a traditional office. Keeping overhead low and meeting clients at their properties puts us where the work is. We’re happy to meet in person whenever it’s useful.

Current experience
Associations and commercial properties, thoughtfully managed.
Our current portfolio includes a 69-unit HOA, two 22-unit business park associations, and three shop condo developments. We also manage multiple retail business properties that Rial and Chase personally own, distinct from our association client work.
